Terms of use, and where the binding rules live
This website is an informational surface. The prize promotion itself is governed by official rules published with the application.
The official rules are published with the DApp
The rules governing eligibility, entry, odds, prize delivery, the free entry route and the sponsor’s identity are maintained alongside the application, not here, so there is exactly one authoritative version. Where a sponsor entity has not yet been finalised for a deployment, that page says so plainly rather than naming one.
1. What this website is
This site describes ProjectX, a no-loss prize vault protocol deployed on the Sui blockchain. It is published for information. It does not custody assets, does not connect to a wallet, cannot request a signature and cannot build a transaction. Every action that affects funds happens in the separate application, on its own origin, with your wallet.
2. Not advice, not an offer
Nothing on this website is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, nor an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset or security. Prize amounts depend on realised staking yield and are not guaranteed, promised or projected. Past settlements shown on this site are a record of what occurred, not an indication of what will.
3. Experimental software
The protocol is experimental and has not been independently audited. The no-loss property is enforced by the Move type system, and that enforcement is described honestly on the security page, including what it does not cover. You interact with the protocol at your own risk.
4. Eligibility and jurisdiction
Access to the application may be restricted in some jurisdictions. Those restrictions, and the eligibility criteria for entering the prize draw, are set out in the official rules. A free entry route exists and is reachable from every jurisdiction, including those in which deposits are restricted — see the free entry section.
You are responsible for determining whether your use of the protocol is lawful where you are, and for any tax arising from a prize.
5. Accuracy of live figures
Protocol figures on this site are read from the chain through a public API and cached briefly. When that source cannot be reached, the site displays a labelled snapshot with the time it was captured rather than presenting stale numbers as current. Figures are provided in good faith and without warranty; the chain is authoritative, and every page links to it.
6. Third-party links
This site links to block explorers, wallets, code repositories and social platforms operated by others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their availability.
7. Intellectual property
The protocol’s source is published under its own licence, which governs use of the code and prevails over this section for that purpose. The ProjectX name and marks may not be used to imply endorsement of, or affiliation with, a deployment that is not ours.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publishers of this website are not liable for any loss arising from use of the website or the protocol, including loss of funds, loss of a prize, or reliance on any figure displayed here.
9. Changes
These terms may change. Material changes affecting the promotion itself are made in the official rules, which carry their own effective date.
